Polar Bears
Facts from the class:
Polar bears live in the arctic.
Their thick blubber and fur help keep them warm.
It is the largest land meat-eater.
They are excellent swimmers.
Polar bears hunt seals from floating sea ice.
They can smell a seal as far away as twenty miles.
The bear has a short tail and ears.
Its skin is black in color to help it not lose heat.
